Because
1) idiodexterity is a global, human phenomenon, and
2) I think idiodexterity highlights universal themes about us as people that go beyond handedness and even music,
I plan to translate this research into as many languages as I can.
The first translations will be into Spanish and Catalan (the languages other than English with which I am most familiar), but the plan is to develop multilingual resources in an effort to let idiodextrous musicians around the world speak about their experiences in their own preferred languages.
